Commercial and Institutional
Westin Montreal
This is a 900,000 sq. ft. mixed use project encompassing 457 hotel rooms and suites, more than 30,000 sq.ft. of meeting and convention space, over 130,000 sq.ft. of office space, spa and exercise facilities, retail and restaurants.
This complex is built around the original fortification walls of Montreal’s seventeenth century city, within three historic buildings merged to a new 22 storey tower.
This unique location is mirrored in the building's architecture, through the use of traditional materials and composition re-interpreted in a contemporary design. Among the many notable features is the conversion of a former printing hall into the Hotel entrance featuring a glass bottom pool above.
