LARGE SCALE RESIDENTIAL
Le Cartierville
This is the first in a series of 5 constructions aimed at revitalizing an existing urban neighbourhood, which will eventually see more than 180 new units built in what was once a solid working class neighbourhood in Montreal’s north end, that has since suffered decline and neglect. The use of distinctive colouring and a contemporary look, give this building a unique presence and tie it together with the other buildings in the same development, creating a contemporary signature in an area in evolution.
