A mixed use hotel and residential building with 216 Hotel rooms and suites and 200 luxury apartments housed within a 46 level high rise building located on prestigious Sherbooke street in downtown Montreal.
The distinctive silhouette of this multi storied building is destined to become a landmark in Montreal’s skyline. The hotel portion of the building occupies the first 10 floors culminating in a meeting, pool, spa and exercise complex located on the 11th floor, accented by roof top terraces that are shared with the luxury apartment building above.
Mechanical and electrical services are housed on the roof top within a crowning element that gives the building its distinctive appearance.
