LARGE SCALE RESIDENTIAL
1009 de Bleury
Located in the heart of the “Cite Internationale” in Downtown Montreal, This 20 storey residential building encompasses 183 apartments, 5 townhouses, 2 storeys of commercial space and 3 levels of underground parking, all of which are built atop the a subway transformer station. The volumes speak to its setting, the lower 8 storey and the main body defining the corner as a statement to Riopelle square and the “Palais des congres” Montreal’s convention centre, then turning the corner of Anderson street where the scale breaks down to address the town houses and lower density found in that neighbourhood.
